Why baseball players use steroids

Anyone reading the above lists of best baseball gloves might suspect a bias towards Wilson and, in particular, the A2000 models. We have yet to hear a convincing argument as to why the A2000 line is not among the best glove lines on the market. Sure, there are other great glove lines. Wilson's A2K, Rawlings' Heart of the Hide and Pro Preffered to name a few. But even those struggle slightly in terms of the name recognition the younger generation wants on their hands. The A2000 rules the roost and for good reason too. It has a reputation for fantastic material, a great break in and a durable nature to last you for years and years to come.

The Story: In February 2005 Canseco released his autobiography and steroid tell-all, Juiced , Wild Times, Rampant 'Roids, Smash Hits, and How Baseball Got Big. In it he described himself as 'the chemist' having experimented on himself for years. He claimed to have educated and personally injected many players including Mark McGwire, Rafael Palmeiro, Juan Gonzalez, Ivan Rodriguez, and Jason Giambi. In his second book, Vindicated , Canseco added Magglio Ordonez to the list of players he had educated and injected with steroids. He also said he introduced Alex Rodriguez to a trainer/PED supplier after Rodriguez had asked where he could get steroids.
